Vaca Carts was absolutely amazing to rent from! Jeff was the absolute best to work with! His communication over the 9 months that I booked with him was exceptional & he went above and beyond to clearly communicate everything I needed to know about renting a golf cart from him! We had a huge problem with our Airbnb at the last minute and Jeff personally called me to help me work through an address change for our cart to be delivered! I highly recommend Jeff at VacaCarts and wouldn’t book with anyone else! 5 stars plus! ☀️

Absolutely flawless rental!! Jeff and Bill were perfect to work with. The cart was spotless and worked perfectly. A great touch was the cooler! When the cart was dropped off, Jeff went over every detail until we were super confident with it. We rented two golf carts from VacaCarts for our vacation. Throughout the reservation process, our stay, and cart pick up, Jeff was very responsive, courteous, and professional. The carts were waiting for us when we arrived. They looked great, worked well and the Bluetooth speakers were a nice touch. We had zero problems with our experience. A MUST HAVE for your next beach trip! When Jeff delivered it he explained everything and even supplied a cooler& stereo speaker. A bright red new cart and it made our vacation so much fun. We found ourself just exploring 30-A.

We had a wonderful experience! Our rental company took the golf cart away at the last minute and we needed a golf cart for my disabled son to go to the beach. They answered immediately and had the golf cart to our rental within an hour. The golf cart was clean, fully charged and had all of the bells and whistles. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again.

Amazing personal customer service from owners, Jeff and Bill and carts are new and clean. Last year, my family rented from one of the larger rental companies in the area and the experience was horrible. They charged our credit card for damages we did not cause after we flew home. I couldn't even get someone on the phone to talk about it with me. I had to spend hours going back and forth to get it resolved. This year, I found Vaca Carts online and gave them a call to discuss options. Jeff was so personable on the phone and even gave me dinner recommendations for places near our airbnb. We had a small damage to one of the charging cables and they told us not to worry. Good people with quality carts and service.
